French Bean and Sesame Salad

Ingredients
  French beans 500 Gram
For dressing
  Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon, roasted (Til)
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon, roasted (For Garnish)
Directions

Wash French beans, string and trim ends and leave whole.
Blanch, drain and transfer to a salad bowl.
Combine ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and whisk till well blended.
Pour over beans and toss well to mix.
Sprinkle remaining sesame seeds over salad and refrigerate till ready to serve.
