Leeks Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Leeks 6
  Chicken stock/Vegetable stock 1 3⁄4 Pint (1 Liter)
  Parmesan cheese 3 Ounce (In The Piece, 90 Gram)
  White breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce, melted (60 Gram)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F/ Gas 4). Remove leek tops and discard outer two layers of leaves. Trim bases, cut leeks in half lengthwise; rinse well and drain on paper towels.
2. Pour stock into a saucepan and bring to boil. Add leeks and cook for 4-5 minutes, then transfer to an ovenproof dish.
3. Grate cheese. Stir in breadcrumbs and butter, sprinkle over leeks and bake for 10-15 minutes.
