Oyster Broccoli Au Gratin
|Frozen broccoli cuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White sauce mix||3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided|
|Crushed saltine crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned oysters||16 Ounce, drained (Two 8 Ounce Cans)|
Layer half of crushed crackers, the oysters and vegetables in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour sauce over vegetable layer.
Sprinkle with remaining crushed crackers and remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
Microwave at High for 5 to 9 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly around edges, rotating casserole once.
