French Olive Oil And Lemon Sauce

This Sauce Vierge is so tasty you could just eat it with bread on its own! It is so versatile you can use it with fish, meats and salads. I leave it up to you.
Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 85 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Small
  Tomato concasse 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Basil leaves 4 Large
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix all extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, tomato concasse.
2. Mix well and then add the chopped basil leaves and thin slices of garlic.

SERVING
3. Serve it warm with grilled fish or a nice steak, and you can serve it cold with your salad.

TIPS
Do not allow the mixture to boil as you will lose the flavor of the olive oil.
