Mock Bearnaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Imitation margarine 2 Tablespoon (Or Diet)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, reconstituted in 3/4 teaspoon water
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Imitation butter flavoring 3 Drop
Directions

Melt margarine in top of double boiler over boiling water.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until heated.
Divide evenly.
