|Baked quiche shell||1|
|Bacon slices||6 , crisp and crumbled|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shallots/1 small onion, thinly sliced||6 , thinly sliced|
|Grated swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Sprinkle cooked bacon over bottom of baked shell.
Beat eggs with wire whip.
Stir in evaporated milk, shallots, cheese and pepper.
Pour into shell, MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '6', or until metal knife inserted comes out clean.
