|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Prawns||18 Large (Cooked / Raw)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||1 Teaspoon|
Fry the chopped onion, garlic and tomatoes in the hot oil.
If using raw scampi add these together with chopped parsley, seasoning, and white wine to moisten.
Cook steadily for about 5-6 minutes.
If using cooked prawns add white wine, parsley and seasoning to the onion mixture; allow to become very hot before heating the prawns for 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
