Hollandaise Sauce Quick and Easy

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

Mix all ingredients well.
Serve at room temperature or slowly warm.
Careful not to get too hot or the mayonnaise will break.
