French Style Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Shitake mushrooms/Large button mushrooms 500 Gram
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash mushrooms and wipe dry.
Remove stalks and chop finely.
Slice mushroom caps thickly.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat.
Add mushroom caps, salt and pepper and stir for about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm.
Add mushroom stalks and onion to pan and stir over moderate heat for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and lime juice.
Spread over mushroom caps and serve at once.
