Creamy Mornay Sauce
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk/Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Ounce|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Parsley flakes||2 Tablespoon|
In small glass bowl, heat butter at medium 3/4 to 1 minute, or until melted; stir in flour.
Gradually add broth and milk, stir until smooth.
Heat at medium 5 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened; stir twice.
Stir in cheeses and parsley.
Heat at medium 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is almost melted, stir twice.
