Turkey Cassoulet

Ingredients
  Ground raw turkey 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped to make 1/2 cup
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Smoked turkey sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  Canned great northern beans 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 3⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

In a 1 1/2-quart nonmetal casserole crumble ground turkey.
Add onion and garlic powder.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or till turkey is no longer pink, stirring once to break up meat.
Drain.
Stir in sausage pieces, undrained beans, tomato sauce, bouillon granules, thyme, pepper, and bay leaf.
Cook, covered, on high for 6 to 8 minutes or till heated through, stirring twice.
Remove bay leaf.
