Orange French Toast

Ingredients
  White bread slice 8
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Spread 4 bread slices with marmalade. Top with remaining bread slices.
2. In shallow dish, combine eggs, milk and sugar until well blended. Dip sandwiches, one at a time, in egg mixture, coating well.
3. Then fry in hot butter, in small skillet, until golden-brown on both sides.
4. To serve: Cut each sandwich in half. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
