Freezer French Toast

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Day old french bread slice 8 , cut 3/4 inch thick
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg.
Place bread slices on a rimmed baking sheet.
Pour egg mixture over bread and let stand for a few minutes.
Turn slices over and let stand until all the egg mixture is absorbed.
Freeze, uncovered, until firm; then package airtight and return to freezer.
To serve, place desired number of frozen slices on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush each slice with melted butter.
Bake in a 500° oven for 8 minutes.
Turn slices over, brush with melted butter; bake an additional 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
