Potato Gratin

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound, thinly sliced (1 kg)
  Onions 2 Large, thinly sliced
  Snipped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Low fat natural yogurt 8 Ounce (1 1/4 cup / 250 g)
  Double cream 8 Fluid Ounce (1 cup / 250 mL)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce (60 g)
Directions

1. Layer potatoes, onions, chives and black pepper to taste in six lightly greased individual ovenproof dishes.
2. Place yogurt and cream in a bowl and mix to combine. Carefully pour yogurt mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
