|Potatoes||2 Pound, thinly sliced (1 kg)|
|Onions||2 Large, thinly sliced|
|Snipped fresh chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Low fat natural yogurt||8 Ounce (1 1/4 cup / 250 g)|
|Double cream||8 Fluid Ounce (1 cup / 250 mL)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce (60 g)|
1. Layer potatoes, onions, chives and black pepper to taste in six lightly greased individual ovenproof dishes.
2. Place yogurt and cream in a bowl and mix to combine. Carefully pour yogurt mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
