Beef And Bean Cassoulet

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce with chopped onion 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Dry red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned great northern beans 15 Ounce, drained
  Cubed cooked beef 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Polish sausage 6 Ounce, cut in 1/2 inch slices (2 links)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 3-quart casserole combine the tomato sauce, wine, salt, basil, and garlic.
Micro-cook, uncovered, till mixture bubbles, about 5 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in the beans, beef, and sausage.
Micro-cook, covered, till meat and beans are heated through, about 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Stir water into the flour; blend into bean-meat mixture.
Micro-cook, uncovered, till mixture is thickened and bubbly, about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds.
Serve in bowls.
Sprinkle with parsley.
