Balti Stir Fried French Beans And Baby Corn In Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 3 Ounce (75 gram)
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), diced
  Onion seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed dried red chilies 1 Teaspoon
  Baby onions 14
  French beans 10 Ounce (300 gram)
  Baby corn 10 Ounce (300 gram)
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix together the fresh coriander, mint, salt, brown sugar and lemon juice.
2. Heat the butter with the oil in a balti pan, karahi or wok and fry the garlic, onion seeds and red chillies for about 1 minute.
3. Add the fresh coriander and mint mixture, baby onions, French beans and baby corn and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over a medium heat.
4. Finally, sprinkle with the pepper and serve immediately.
