Quick Cassoulet

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder chops 2
  Pork shoulder chops 2
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Great northern beans 30 Ounce, drained (2 Cans)
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Bacon strip 4 , crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
Directions

Remove lamb and pork from bones; cut into bite-size pieces.
Discard bones.
In saucepan cook meat cubes, onion, and garlic in hot oil till meat is browned and onion is tender.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
Add to meat mixture with beans, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Stir mixture; sprinkle bacon over top and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes more.
