Ingredients
  Freshly brewed tea 1 Quart
  Rum 2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Cognac 2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon (Of 2 Lemons)
  Sparkling water 1 Quart, chilled
  Sparkling burgundy 500 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Sugar syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made By Briefly Boiling 2 Cups Sugar With 1 Cup)
Directions

1. When the tea has cooled to room temperature, add the rum, cognac and lemon juice. Chill.
2. When ready to serve, pour the mixture into a punch bowl. Add sufficient ice to chill and stir in the sparkling water and sparkling Burgundy. Sweeten to taste with sugar syrup and serve immediately.
