French Fried Camembert

Ingredients
  Camembert cheese round 8 Ounce, well chilled (2 Of 4 Ounce Or 125 Grams Each)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Dried breadcrumbs 4 Ounce (1 Cup Or 125 Grams)
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Black cherry jam 3 Tablespoon
  Creme fraiche 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut each Camembert round into 3 wedges. Dip each wedge in egg then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
2. Heat 2.5 cm / 1 in oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, until a cube of bread dropped in browns in 50 seconds. Add cheese wedges and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and serve immediately with jam and creme fraiche.
