Easy Apricot Souffle
|Vanilla whipped dessert mix||7 Ounce (Two 3.5 Ounce Packages)|
|Canned apricot nectar||12 Ounce, chilled (1 Can, 1 1/2 Cups)|
|Canned apricot pie filling||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a deep narrow bowl thoroughly blend the dessert mix and / cup of the apricot nectar.
Whip at highest speed of electric mixer for I minute.
Add remaining apricot nectar; whip at highest speed 2 minutes longer.
With kitchen shears snip through apricots in apricot pie filling.
Fold pie filling into the whipped mixture; smooth top.
Chill till set, about 2 to 3 hours.
Unmold on dessert platter; garnish with pressurized whipped cream and additional apricot pie filling.
