Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small jar with tight-fitting cover.
Shake well.
Divide evenly.
Serve with Harvest Salad.
