Turkey French Toast
|Cooked minced turkey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, relish, celery, and mayonnaise.
Spread on 6 slices of bread; top with remaining bread.
In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs, milk, and sugar.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Dip both sides of one sandwich in egg mixture.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
Cut on the diagonal into 24 triangles.
