Rice Salad With French Dressing

Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green shallots 4 , finely chopped
  Red pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Corn niblets 310 Gram, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple pieces 450 Gram, drained
  Sultanas 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
For french dressing
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White vinegar/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1.Add rice to large saucepan of boiling water, boil rapidly, uncovered, for about 12 minutes or until tender.
Drain rice, rinse under cold water, drain well.
Combine rice with remaining ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
2.French Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar in screw-top jar; shake well to combine ingredients.
Add dressing to rice mixture, mix well.
