Remoulade Sauce French Dressing Base

Ingredients
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon (Preferably Dijon Or Dusseldorf Mustard)
  Minced scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 9 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Red pepper 1 Dash
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine the vinegar with the mustard, scallions, celery, horseradish and parsley.
Beat in the olive oil, a little at a time, and season to taste with red pepper, salt and black pepper.
