French Bean Kabab

Ingredients
  French beans 300 Gram
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry red chilies 2 , broken
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gram flour 1 Teaspoon (Besan)
  Egg 1 , whisked
  Frying oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Shallow Frying)
Directions

Trim French beans, chop and boil in water for about 5 minutes till tender.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients except gram flour, egg and oil and grind to a smooth paste.
Mix in gram flour and egg.
Pinch off lime-sized balls of mixture and roll into tightly packed kababs.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat and fry kababs in batches till brown.
Drain and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with sliced onions and green chillies.
