Hot Anchovy Sauce
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm), sliced|
|Hot red pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Anchovies||2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped italian parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the garlic, hot pepper flakes, and anchovies.
Saute until the garlic is golden and the anchovies start to break apart.
To serve, spoon over pasta of your choice and garnish with chopped parsley.
