Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Veal broth/Chicken broth or cube or canned bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Melt the butter, blend in the flour, gradually add the chicken bouillon or broth, stir and simmer 5 minutes. Add the salt and pepper.
