  Salad oil/Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and beat with a hand or an electric beater until smooth and blended.
