Ingredients
  Unsalted defatted beef broth 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Cooked rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat the broth.
Add the chopped tomato and the cooked rice.
Serve very hot in bouillon cups.
