Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 6 Tablespoon, sliced
  All purpose flour 3 Ounce (About 3/4 Cup)
  Stock 4 Cup (64 tbs) (The Desired One)
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk flour into melted butter a little at a time until fully combined to form a roux.
Cook mixture until it's golden and begins to smell nutty, about 3 minutes.
Slowly whisk stock into roux until mixture is smooth.
Continue whisking occasionally as sauce simmers to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Bring sauce to a boil to thicken; cook it 15 - 20 minutes more to eliminate the taste of the flour.
Season sauce with salt and pepper.
