Pots Au Chocolat

Ingredients
  Plain chocolate bar 1 Pound (sweet)
  Milk 6 Ounce
  Eggs 4
  Double cream 16 Ounce
Directions

In a saucepan break 1 lb. sweet plain chocolate into small pieces.
Add 6 oz. milk Put on a moderate heat.
Stir with a woode spoon until mixture is absolutely smooth.
Stir in the beaten yolks of 4 eggs and cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from stove and cool.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
Stir into the chocolate mixture.
Stir in 16 oz. double cream.
Blend well.
Pour mixture into small pots and put in the refrigerator overnight.
