Eggs Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Egg yolk 1⁄2
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Breadcrumbs 30 Gram
  Cheese 55 Gram
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For white sauce
  Margarine 30 Gram
  Refined flour 30 Gram
  Milk 295 Milliliter
Directions

1. Hard-boil eggs and put into cold water.
2. Grate cheese.
3. Prepare sauce.
4. Add cheese, mustard and seasoning to the sauce.
5. Stir in the yolk of egg. Keep warm.
6. Shell eggs, slice the eggs and keep a few for decoration.
7. Put sliced eggs in a hot dish. Pour cheese sauce over.
8. Sprinkle Breadcrumbs over. Keep under a grill for a few minutes.
9. Serve hot garnished with parsley and slices of eggs cut into half.
