|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (whipped with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar or to taste)|
|Sour cream||4 Tablespoon|
Fold whipped cream into sour cream.
Cover mixture and keep chilled until ready to serve.
Instant Creme Frafche will keep covered in refrigerator for 1 or 2 days.
