French Toasted Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked chicken/Turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  White bread slice 12
  Beaten eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Potato chips 3 Cup (48 tbs), crushed to make 1 1/2 cups
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, salt, and pepper.
Spread 6 slices of bread with about 1/3 cup of the mixture; cover with remaining bread.
Combine eggs and milk in pie plate.
Dip sandwiches on both sides, then coat with potato chips.
In heavy skillet cook in hot butter till brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.(Electric skillet 350°.)
Serve with seedless green grapes, if desired.
