Cheesy Herb French Bread
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|French bread loaf||1 Pound (1 Loaf)|
|Cheddar slice/Colby/mozzarella||3 3⁄4 Ounce (Five About 3/4 Ounce Each)|
Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
In small mixing bowl, combine butter, garlic and basil.
Cut bread into 11 slices, leaving slices attached at bottom crust.
Brush butter mixture on both sides of slices.
Cut cheese slices in half diagonally.
Place cheese triangles between bread slices.
Place bread on upper cooking rack.
Grill at LOW with hood closed for 15 minutes.
