Garlic Cheese French Bread

Ingredients
  French bread loaf 1 Large
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Half and half 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut bread vertically, but not all the way through, into slices 1 1/2 inches thick.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pat between bread slices.
Wrap loaf tightly in foil and bake until cheese is melted and bread is heated through, about 20 minutes.
