|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Thin swiss cheese slices||8|
|Boiled ham slices||4|
|Grated swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Medium white sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Spread bread with butter.
Then make into 4 sandwiches, using 2 slices of cheese and 1 slice of ham for each sandwich.
Cut into halves and tie lightly with string.
Saute in melted butter until browned on both sides.
Add grated cheese to White Sauce.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Remove strings from sandwiches.
Place 2 half sandwiches on each plate; cover with Sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
