Cheese And Cauliflower Souffle
|Refined flour||15 Gram|
1. Parboil cauliflower in salted water.
2. Drain and break cauli -flower into flowerettes.
3. Prepare a medium consistency white sauce with flour, butter, milk and cauliflower stock. Cool.
4. Add well beaten egg yolks and grated cheese.
5. Beat whites stiff and fold into mixture.
6. Put cauliflower into greased pie dish and pour sauce over.
7. Bake in a moderate oven.
8. Serve immediately.
