|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned chicken broth/Chicken bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Cube)|
|Light cream/Milk / evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine/Sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped lobster meat||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Canned / Cooked)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Rub a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, or 4 or 6 small casseroles with margarine or butter.
2. Melt the butter or margarine, blend in the flour, gradually add the chicken broth and the cream or milk. Stir and simmer about 3 minutes, until the mixture is thick and smooth. Add the lobster meat, wine, salt and cayenne.
3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Or use 4 or 6 individual casseroles. Bake 15 or 25 minutes, according to size.
