Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Canned chicken broth/Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Cube)
  Light cream/Milk / evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine/Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped lobster meat 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Canned / Cooked)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Rub a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, or 4 or 6 small casseroles with margarine or butter.
2. Melt the butter or margarine, blend in the flour, gradually add the chicken broth and the cream or milk. Stir and simmer about 3 minutes, until the mixture is thick and smooth. Add the lobster meat, wine, salt and cayenne.
3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Or use 4 or 6 individual casseroles. Bake 15 or 25 minutes, according to size.
