Very Simple French Omelette

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Water 1 Tablespoon (plus 1 teaspoon)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In bowl, using a wire whisk or fork, combine all ingredients except margarine.
Melt margarine in a 7-inch nonstick omelet pan or skillet.
When pan is hot, add egg mixture.
Using a rubber spatula or a fork, carefully lift cooked edges of egg mixture and tilt pan, so that uncooked portion flows underneath.
When bottom of omelet is lightly browned and top surface is still moist, fold omelet in half; invert onto a warm plate and serve.
