Simple Choucroute Garnie

Ingredients
  Thick bacon slices 6
  Sauerkraut 1 Quart, rinsed, drained
  Pork chops 6 (About 3/4 Inch Thick)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Peppercorns 12
  Juniper berries 6
  Chicken bouillon/2 cups chicken bouillon and 1 cup dry white wine 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Arrange bacon in bottom of large saucepan or deep skillet.
Top with sauerkraut and pork chops.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
