Smoked Fish Or Tuna Pate
|Smoked tuna||8 Ounce|
|Coconut cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Grams)|
|Chili/1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce||1 Small|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Remove skin and bones from cooked smoked tuna.
Mix with coconut cream, finely chopped chilli, lemon juice and freshly ground pepper and salt in a food processor or blender until well combined but not reduced to a puree.
Dissolve gelatine in water, then add to tuna.
Mix well then place in serving dish and chill.
Serve on biscuits or brown bread.
