Dessert Crepe Batter
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Egg replacer||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dry Egg Replacer)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unbleached white flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Read instructions for Crepe Preparation. In a blender, combine milk, dry egg replacer and water. Blend a few seconds to mix.
Melt butter slowly over low heat so that it does not brown. Add melted butter, sugar and salt to blender and mix briefly. Stir in flour and blend again until smooth.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, if time allows. Blend briefly before cooking. Cook according to Crepe Preparation instructions.
