|Sirloin steak||2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce (1 Cup, 1/2 Pint Sliced Or Quartered)|
|Chopped onion/1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry red wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned whole onions||1 Pound, drained (1 2/3 Cup)|
Place oil in 2 1/2 -quart casserole.
Add steak, green pepper, mushrooms and chopped onion.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven; stir in flour and salt.
Blend in wine and whole onions.
Cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
Serve over rice.
