Ingredients
  Round steak 1 Pound, trimmed
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Burgundy wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
Directions

1. Season steak strips with garlic powder, pepper, and paprika, and brown in oil. Stir in flour.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer until meat is tender, about 45 minutes.
