  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 2 Tablespoon
For water seasoning
  Carrots 5 Ounce, cut in diagonals
  Strong beer 12 Ounce
  Tomato sauce 5 Ounce
  Cumin 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 2
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Sazon 6 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Pouch)
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Diced onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Potatoes 5 Ounce, cut in 4

I do not drink alcohol, I wonder if you could substitute beer for chicken stock?! Other than that I can't wait to do this at home!!
