Microwave Chocolate Souffle

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate square 2
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Vanilla/1 tablespoon rum 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Eggs 6 , separated
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 1 1/2-quart bowl MICROWAVE the butter and chocolate on '8' until melted.
Stir in flour, sugar, and milk.
MICROWAVE on HIGH for 3 MINUTES or until thick, stirring once.
Stir to blend and cool slightly.
Add vanilla or rum.
Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks into the thickened sauce.
Beat egg whites with cream tartar until stiff but not dry.
Gently fold sauce into egg whites.
Pour into 6 to 8-cup souffle dish.
Add a 2" collar of freezer wrap, dull side in, or brown paper.
PROGRAM TO MICROWAVE on '6' for2 MINUTES, then '3' for 15 MINUTES, then '2' for 3 MINUTES.
Rotate once if necessary.
Serve with chocolate sauce.
