Fried French Beans With Minced Pork

Ingredients
  French beans 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Minced pork 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Dried shrimps 1 Tablespoon
  Szechwan preserved vegetables 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the beans into 4-cm (1 1/2-in) lengths.
Wash and chop the Szechwan vegetables into very small pieces.
Soak the dried shrimps for 15 minutes.
Deep-fry the beans until they are wrinkled, and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the pork, shrimpsand vegetables for 1 minute.
Add the beans and cook for another 30 seconds.
Then add the seasoning sauce at the side of the pan, lift from the heat, mix well and serve.
