Fried French Beans With Minced Pork
|French beans||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Minced pork||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|
|Dried shrimps||1 Tablespoon|
|Szechwan preserved vegetables||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut the beans into 4-cm (1 1/2-in) lengths.
Wash and chop the Szechwan vegetables into very small pieces.
Soak the dried shrimps for 15 minutes.
Deep-fry the beans until they are wrinkled, and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the pork, shrimpsand vegetables for 1 minute.
Add the beans and cook for another 30 seconds.
Then add the seasoning sauce at the side of the pan, lift from the heat, mix well and serve.
