Crab Souffle

Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Scallion 2 , chopped
  Crab meat 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, grated
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
1. Beat eggs with cream and seasonings.
2. In a pie pan or 8x8 casserole dish make a layer of 1/2 of the mushrooms, then 1/2 of the scallions, 1/2 of the crab meat and 1/2 of the cream cheese. Repeat.
3. Cover with cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of paprika. Place in center of oven, reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
