Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small blender, add the dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and blend well.
2. Pour the mix into a bowl.

SERVING
3. Use the dressing with your favorite salad and serve.
